Hokkaido Fair at Isetan

Accompanied my dad to Isetan to grab 5 packets of this cuttlefish from the Hokkaido Fair. Both of us finished a packet of the day before. It was really yummy!!! Great snack! So, before the fair ends tomorrow, we went to Scotts Road to buy the snack.

S$10.00 for one packet of cuttlefish from Hokkaido

Meanwhile, we also went corn shopping at Isetan Supermarket. I had been buying alot of expensive japanese corn lately. From $8 vacuum packed cooked corn to $3 bi-coloured corn. My dad saw this bi-coloured corn looking very appetizing in Isetan. He signalled and waved at me. I got excited! Heh! He knows I love corn. So, he took 3 packets of the corn and went straight to the counter to pay for them.

S$3.00 for each corn

Sunday Lunch at Hong Lim with Family

There were about 5 people in the queue when I joined the wait. After 10 minutes, it was my turn to place my order. A bowl of curry chicken (breast meat - S$4.50) noodles for me and another bowl (drumstick - S$5.50) for my mum. Each bowl of curry came with one small piece of potato, a few chunks of chicken, topped with slices of fish cake and many more pieces of tau pok (fried beancurd). Soooo satisfying!
